We’ll sort out a few possibilities to get you to your top priority goal within a reasonable time frame. You'll receive a personalized offering that suits your schedule and needs.

We’ll meet one-on-one virtually or in person* a number of times to work through various proven tools and light assignments selected for you depending on your goals. When we’re not together you’ll receive accountability touch-points by email or any other agreed upon method. So flexible and so effective!

FAQs
What are the most common topics women talk to you about?
Building confidence, first time people manager, learning to delegate, dealing with an inexperienced manager (managing up), stuck in career rut, mismatching with company values, lack of gender diversity, the minority work experience, lack of motivation, where to start with job searches.

Do you offer group events like women’s circles?
Leaders learn best from other leaders, it’s true. I’m exploring an offering to launch a multi-month program for a group of inspired and inspiring women. Keep an eye out in the future for this!
I don’t have an established women’s resource group at work. What can you offer to fill that gap?
Women mentors and role models in the workplace are critical. If your company lacks investment in women’s leadership talk to me about taking initiative to set it up yourself, “outsourcing” with existing networks, or setting up ad-hoc speaking events to bring your female colleagues
together.
How much time of my time is needed?
Depends on what you’re going after. I’ll put together a personalized offering and if you’re tight on time (who isn’t?) I’ll give “light” options to consider.
What if I’m not sure that I’m ready to commit?
Your discovery call is non-committal - easy! We will use the time to get familiar with each other and see if we’re a good match. Regardless if we move forward I’ll give you a few things to think about on your own. No one loses here.
